A European product for European companies.
Founded in 2026 by Gerald, in a garage in Krenglbach. Before that: “Die Gute Webseite” and around 100 talks across Austria about artificial intelligence — and about actually putting it to work. What came out of that is this product.
Susi says:“Servus! I’m Susi. I asked Gerald until he ran out of patience — he answered anyway.”
Susi says:“Tell me, why would anyone still build their own AI in 2026? There are plenty already!”
Because the existing ones sit somewhere else. We wanted a European product for European companies — data in the EU, processed under EU law, with no detour through the US Cloud Act.
That is not a marketing position. That was the reason to start.
Susi says:“And who came first — me or the dashboard? Go on, say it!”
The SEO dashboard. Then came SUSI. Then MAGDA.

A library does not push everything it holds into every conversation. It searches by meaning and fetches only the few passages that fit the question.
That spares the context window: your knowledge can grow without answers getting slower or more expensive.

From practice
When the AI carries the company’s name
White-label customers get SUSI with her own name, her own dress, her own subdomain — and, on request, a physically separate database. For the staff she is then not “an AI”, but the colleague from their own house.
