About us
A European product for European companies.
Founded in 2026 by Gerald, in a garage in Krenglbach. Before that: “Die Gute Webseite” and around 100 talks across Austria about artificial intelligence — and about actually putting it to work. What came out of that is this product.
Susi waves:“Servus! I’m Susi. I asked Gerald until he ran out of patience — he answered anyway.”
Susi asks:“Tell me, why would anyone still build their own AI in 2026? There are plenty already!”
Because the existing ones sit somewhere else. We wanted a European product for European companies — data in the EU, processed under EU law, with no detour through the US Cloud Act.
That is not a marketing position. That was the reason to start.
Susi wants to know:“And who came first — me or the dashboard? Go on, say it!”
The SEO dashboard. Then came SUSI. Then MAGDA.
SEO dashboard — In development. Meant to get any website ready for what AI will ask of it.
SUSI — The AI assistant for your team. Chat, projects, company knowledge as a knowledge base.
MAGDA — Create images, edit them, and keep them in order in a gallery.
Susi, astonished:“A hundred talks, Gerald! So — what did you learn?”
That nobody in the room asks about technology. They ask about work. How do I export my chats? How do we collect knowledge properly? How does a team work in there without overwriting each other? Can we keep the prompts that worked?
That is exactly what Susi brings along — not a wish list, but features.
· Full chat export
· Company knowledge as a knowledge base
· Projects for teamwork
· Save prompts and reuse them
· File whole chats or single answers into libraries
· Libraries run on databases
Susi, frowning:“Databases. Thanks, I noticed. The question was what happens inside.”
Come on, Susi, you know that perfectly well 😉 We store the data in databases so that YOU can find it and serve it to the users. Like cake with a cherry on top.
A library does not push everything it holds into every conversation. It searches by meaning and fetches only the few passages that fit the question.
That spares the context window: your knowledge can grow without answers getting slower or more expensive.
What we hold ourselves to
Four things you can measure us against.
AI with common sense
A tool that works at 7 on a Monday morning. Not the future of humanity — work that gets done.
Europe as a build decision
Hosting, CDN, fonts, spam protection and the model all run in the EU. Data protection under EU law — assessed case by case, not promised in an ad.
Prices without asterisks
Fixed net plans. You know the cost in advance, and you can cancel monthly.
No model of our own — a framework of our own
SUSI runs on Mistral. We did not invent an AI; we built a framework around one — with sympathy and heart, and that heart beats in Europe.
Susi blinks:
“And where do I actually stand around? Physically, I mean.”
The stack, with no detour through America
Servers — In the EU. No detour through US clouds.
CDN & fonts — Bunny CDN and Bunny Fonts — no Google services.
Spam protection — Altcha instead of reCAPTCHA.
AI model — Mistral, Paris.
Susi, puzzled:
“Why does it never say ‘GDPR-compliant’ anywhere on your site?”
Because I cannot promise it without fudging. We work with a large model — Mistral in Paris, for instance — and even Mistral cannot claim that for everything. Some things simply run through the big providers. Image generation, for example.
For web search we use Staan¹, a European web index. Even so, I do not write “100 % European” on top — as long as the pictures come from America, that would be fudging.
So we would rather say what actually happens where.
¹ Staan has a fallback to the USA when there are no results on a topic.
Susi presses on:
“And why is the boss not allowed to read along when people ask me things?”
Because employees are allowed to have secrets. And because works agreements forbid exactly that — we abide by it, of course.
Your administration sees who has an account and how heavily it is used. It does not see content. Nor do we, by the way.
Susi, baffled:
“Why do I cost so little, actually?”
Little? That is a fair price-performance ratio, nothing more.
We do not run our own hardware, and we do not even try to be better than the big providers. We use them. They work for us — that gives us room, and we gladly pass it on.
There is another advantage: a change of model does not cost us a fortune. It simply comes along. Nobody notices — and suddenly a stronger heart is beating.
Susi grins:
“And what if I talk nonsense one day?”
Then we tell you so.
AI is not human, but in many ways it behaves as if it were. Now and then you could think the models had been trained to get it wrong once in a while.
Much of that can be avoided if you know a little about working with AI. There are rather good courses for that, by the way 😉
Susi, serious:
“Be honest — what can I actually not do?”
You can do anything you like, really.
And if a customer needs something you cannot do yet, we take a look at it — whether more than one of them might need it. Maybe we build it in right away.
Susi wants to know:
“And where does the name SEO’n’AI actually come from?”
The name SEO’n’AI came about when I started working on the SEO dashboard and gradually added AI functions. The thing began to be exactly that — an SEO tool with AI — and when someone asked what I was doing out there in my garage, the answer was: SEO and AI — so, SEO’n’AI.
From practice
When the AI carries the company’s name
White-label customers get SUSI with her own name, her own dress, her own subdomain — and, on request, a physically separate database. For the staff she is then not “an AI”, but the colleague from their own house.
Let’s talk briefly.
Twenty minutes are enough to work out whether SUSI fits your company. Our offer is addressed to companies, associations and other organisations — not to private individuals.
